This gorgeous vintage paper-doll room makes a change from the usual pink and purple while still being ultra feminine.

The beautiful paper-doll fabric used for the doona cover and cushions is by Alexander Henry. The pale salmon colour is picked up in the paint on the brick wall outside the room, which has then been dressed with a flower-covered trellis.

Original 1950’s cardboard dolls have been made into wall-art and a red chandelier adds a touch of over-the-top glamour. The feature wall has been painted with a shade of Duchess Satin by Porter’s Paint, custom mixed to match the dolls’ dresses in the doona cover.

The fireplace, which was painted in Duchess Satin Oyster, features one-of-a-kind pictures by “Wallflower Design” and “Little Ones by Clare.”
